Laggaa supports the Lions of Morocco before facing Croatia
Fawzi Lakjaa, President of the Moroccan Football Association, followed the team’s last training session this evening, Friday, before facing Croatia tomorrow, Saturday, to determine the third-place finisher in the Qatar 2022 World Cup.
He attended the training session to support the players morally in training, in order to motivate everyone to beat the Croats, and win the World Cup bronze.
The Moroccan team conducted the training session with high spirits, with the participation of most of the players, while Nosair Mazraoui was absent, and others contented themselves with light jogging and warming up on the bike.
Morocco started its campaign in the World Cup with a goalless draw with Croatia, then beat Belgium 2-0 and Canada 2-1, to lead its group with 7 points.
The Lions defeated Spain in the final price by penalty kicks (3-0) after the end of the match in a goalless draw, then won the quarter-finals against Portugal 1-0, before losing in the semi-finals to France (2-0).
